Where are you located?
We're a US-based company. Every order is printed and shipped from the USA by our print partners.
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States only. Processing (printing) typically takes 2–7 business days, then Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after it ships. Check our shipping policy for rates and details.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
What materials are your products made of?
We use high-quality fabrics that feel soft on the skin and hold up wash after wash. Exact materials vary by item — you'll find the full details on each product page.
What if there's a problem with my order?
Every tee is printed to order. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement. There's no need to return it. Because each tee is made just for you, we can't offer returns or exchanges for size or change of mind, so please check the size guide before ordering.
